Collagen production takes time, with most patients notice a change in their problem areas within two to three months of their initial treatment. This injectable delivers some immediate skin-plumping results, but the real results develop gradually over time.
Once you notice your final results, you will enjoy them for up to two full years after your initial treatment. The total length that your results will last depends on your skin condition at the time of treatment, your age, how quickly your body produces collagen, and how well you respond to these injections.
We generally recommend two to three initial treatments spaced several weeks a part. Once you undergo your first treatment, we will monitor your results to determine how many total treatments you will need to reach all of your goals.
Many patients choose to combine this treatment with hyaluronic acid-based dermal fillers for more immediate results. It can also be combined with anti-aging laser treatments which help address multiple skin concerns at once, as well as regular facials and chemical peels, which will keep your skin healthy and exfoliated from month-to-month.
